The Teradek Serv Pro Miniature SDI/HDMI Video Server GbE WiFi is specifically designed to be used on-set for single or multi-cam production, as the foundation of Teradek’s network-based video monitoring system. Simply connected the Serv Pro unit to your camera’s SDI or HDMI port, and up to 10 iOS devices running the free VUER app can monitor the camera’s video signal in resolutions up to 1080p with minimal 2-frame latency. This is achieved through efficient H.264 compression schemes which maintain a high standard of video quality without requiring the massive bandwidth of uncompressed video solutions.
