OVERVIEW:
The Mini Converter Heavy Duty – HDMI to SDI from Blackmagic Design is an extremely rugged device that accepts an HDMI signal converts it to a 3G/HD/SD-SDI output (a second loop-through SDI output is also provided). To the SDI output signal you can choose to embed the HDMI audio or the signals from the balanced AES/EBU or L/R analog audio inputs. Use this device to convert video from sources such as prosumer camcorders, or add SDI outputs to computers with HDMI or DVI outputs (DVI input via converter – not included) so you can integrate it into your SDI-based video system.
